GAMA Learning Institute, a subsidiary of GAMA Investments Inc., is a premier provider of specialized Business and Managerial Training in Saint Lucia and the Eastern Caribbean. Founded in 2003 by Gilbert and Angelina Jn-Francois, the GAMA Learning Institute has helped organizations improve productivity and service standards by helping to develop quality systems that inspire higher service standards, and motivate management and front-line personnel to consistently maintain the highest levels of organizational productivity. GAMA also provides individuals with training to retool and equip themselves for new career opportunities.

Ms. MIchelle Ellis
A holder of an M.A in Applied Linguistics from the University of The West Indies, Trinidad. She is a certified English as a Second Language (E.S.L) Instructor with over 30 years of experience in the field of E.S.L teaching.
Michelle also served as Director of Student Services at Ellison's Educational Academy Ltd., until 2015; she has since been providing administrative support to various education institutions across the Caribbean.
She is also the holder of a Certificate in Event Management, and a Certificate in Interior Decorating. She has successfully used the training acquired from both fields to navigate the hospitality sector.
Michelle serves her community through various charitable initiatives and has recently launched her 'Diary of The Beautiful' Podcast. She is also a Practical Life Coach on the VisionWorks team.

Ms. Perle Alcindor
Perle Alcindor is a Development Economist and Project Consultant with over 20 years of experience in economic planning, policy development, and project implementation. She has been a key member of the GAMA Learning Institute since 2006, delivering impactful training in project management to diverse professionals. Drawing from her extensive career in Saint Lucia’s public service, including senior roles like Acting Chief Economist, Perle has led major national initiatives such as infrastructure projects, policy reforms, and the Youth Economy framework. Her expertise spans capital project appraisal, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. With advanced degrees and professional certifications, including an MBA in Finance and PMP training, Perle combines practical knowledge with an engaging teaching style that fosters interactive and impactful learning experiences.
